This Vietnamese fusion street food with mexican flavors is absolutely Incredible. I had the Birria Tacos with Angry Pho, and Cafe Flan for dessert. 10/10 recommend.

African Caribbean fusion cuisine that exceeds all expectations. Try the special, whatever it is, and try the rum pecan pie. You wont be disappointed.
Banh Mi Boys –Metairie, Louisiana
This banh mi shop in Louisiana is a hidden gem. Its located near an airport and next to a gas station, about 20 minutes from downtown New Orleans. They use good French bread in true Nola style. The golden crispy crunch of the bread with the fresh vegetables inside… chefs kiss*

I stumbled upon this place on my journey from Florida to Alaska. Had my first non-protein bar/ jerky meal in a week. Huge strawberries & whipped cream pancakes with thick slabs of bacon…. unforgettable.
